We're a small team of developers, data engineers, and product thinkers who've spent two decades helping businesses make sense of their data. For the past four years, we've been focused entirely on AI.
We started building data and analytics solutions in 2003. Over the years, we've deployed our platform to over 300 companies, in retail, manufacturing, logistics, insurance, local government and more, helping them understand their operations and make better decisions.
When large language models emerged, we saw both the opportunity and the problem. The opportunity: AI could finally make data accessible to everyone, not just analysts. The problem: most AI projects would fail because getting data to AI is genuinely hard.
So we rebuilt our platform for AI. Added a semantic layer that LLMs can understand. Made it fast enough for real-time conversations. Built in the security controls that enterprises need. And spent four years learning how to build AI systems that actually work in production.
Today, we combine that platform with hands-on consulting. We're not a big firm with layers of account managers. We're the people who'll actually build your system, and we stay involved from first conversation to production support.

We're headquartered in Edinburgh, Scotland, but we work with clients across the UK and beyond. Most of our work happens remotely, with occasional on-site sessions when it makes sense.
